Presenter fails to open quizmaker

I installed the new upgrade (4) last week and since then I cannot insert a new or existing quiz into a presentation. I keep getting this error. I can open quizmaker and create quizes; I just cannot insert any of them or create them while in presenter. Please help. I'm dead in the water.

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty Lynn, but it sounds as if something may have gone wrong during the install. I would advise conducting a repair to see if that alleviates your issue.
