I have 3 courses that were created a long time ago and just now noticed that the print option does not work on the results slide. When you click print results, it prompts you for your name and when you click ok, it just relaunches the course in a new window. Could not figure out why. I tried republishing the course, and even starting from scratch and just re-copied all the questions into a new template only to have it keep happening.
That sounds like odd Quizmaker behavior, and without seeing your file I'm not certain what is happening. Have you tried to disable the prompt for the user to enter their name to see if that helps? You can find that option within the Results Properties window depicted below
If that doesn't change anything, can you share your Quizmaker file here or submit it to us by sending a Support case so that we could take a look at your other settings?
I see that Karla was able to isolate the issue to your server, and requested you to check in with your server administrators. Hope they've figured it out for you.
