problem after submit or finish button

Hello everybody i have a problem with finish button. After quiz is over and pressing finish button or after clicking on submit all answers i have a message from internet explorer that says:"The site you are viewing is trying to close the window.Do you want to close?" It worked fine a month before but suddenly it started apper this meaages. i want after the finish button to have the choice send .

I would be interested to know what you did to solve the problem?

i haven't check the option "allow user to email results" or "allow user to print the result" on pass/fail result......sometimes the answer is in front of our eyes and we can't see it!
