from time to time I get an email from one of our users saying that he can't close quiz window win a Close Tab in the upper right hand corner and they do it using the X button.
The problem is that when they do it sometimes the results are not send to our system.
What could by the reason of problem with Close tab? The user says he clicks it but it stays inactive.
