Problem with inserting existing quizzes

Hi Guys,

I have already searched these forums for an answer to my own particular problem in Articulate but
to no avail, hence this new thread.

I am trying to insert an existing quiz from another project that I was working on (and I know it works etc)

but when I publish and view this file and go to the page/section where this quiz is supposed to be, it DOES

NOT LOAD! All I get is the circular, spinning animation on a white screen etc etc.

I have followed the STEPS outlined in the link below but it is still not working:-

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or is there something wrong with my machine or flash player installation etc.
