We have tried to put a numeric question where the correct answer is equal to « 0 ». This is not possible. If we say that the answer is between minus one and one, then we have this message that says that the answer is equat toNAN (not an number).
This is a known issue. You can work around this issue by using a Fill-in-the-Blank question rather than a Numeric question when the answer is equal to 0 (zero). Hope that'll work for you...
