I have a problem and hope to find a solution here.
I have prepared a course on articulate and a test (quizz slides) in articulate. I upload it on Moodle. Unfortunately when people do the test - in the Moodle I can see only 0 (zero) as a result although employees gave the right answers. Aby ideas what is the reason? Some tips how to correct it.
Hi Daniel! The best way to identify an LMS issue is to compare how your published output behaves in an industry-standard testing engine. SCORM Cloud is the testing engine we use. And you'll find some helpful troubleshooting tips here.
If your course works at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, please open a support case with your LMS provider. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
If your course doesn't work in SCORM Cloud, I'd love to take a look at your project file, with your permission, to investigate what's happening. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting. You can upload it to me privately here.
