I use Studio 13 and when I set up a training and go up on SuccessFactors, the training does not appear as completed. The technical area reported that this is a consequence of the flash of the evaluation contained in the training.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to make the scorm fully functional in SuccessFactors, without giving this problem of not completed?
Since you do not see the completion status you are expecting, I would suggest testing the published output in SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same results. I also wanted to share our knowledge base article, which provides more details on this:
