When creating a multiple response question that, for example, requires the user to select 3 correct responses out of a possible 6, is there any way to restrict them from clicking on submit until the required number of selections have been made (in this example, if they only select 2 out of the 3 required) or provide them with feedback advising that 3 selections need to be made?
You can't restrict them but you can customize the wording of the question so they know there is three or provide custom feedback like "You did not select the correct three responses."

I do currently customize the wording of the question as you suggest, but there is never the guarantee that the user will read it
Customizing the feedback is an option that I will explore.
