Published Display

Hi,
I encountered a really strange problem that never occured before. When listening to the published course, a few people experience an horrible and nonusable display of the quiz. In our LMS, when I connect with their profile on my computer, everything shows perfectly.
Also, the quiz works for most people. We had about 5 people out of 1600, who watched the course so far, that had manifested about this problem (more might have experienced it but just didn't manifested themselves).
Our work station are quite regulated, we have all the same browser and all the same Flash Player version. So I wonder what might cause the problem. :/

Sorry to hear you're learners are encountering that, Geneviève. It can be tough to nail down the cause when only 5 learners have run into the problem. Is this something you've been able to replicate on your end? Also, what version of Quizmaker did you use to create this quiz?
