Publishing a Quizmaker file to Bb 9.1

Ok, I need help from the heroes.

I need to publish a Quizmaker file to Bb 9.1 SP 6.  I need it to report the score to the GradeCenter, allow the user to stop and resume the quiz, but only make one attempt.  Ideally, I'd like to report the student responses as well, but I'll settle for the score being reported.

I've tried using SCORM 1.2, and couldn't get it to work.  I've enabled the SCORM 2004 tool on a test Bb server and I can get the module to load, but I can't get it to report the score.  Does anyone know what settings I should be using in Bb and/or Quizmaker to make this work?
