Question Number in Published Quiz

Sep 04, 2015

I am updating some old exams to Studio 13 for a client, I noticed when I publish them in 13, I no longer get the question number on the screen, for example Question 1 of 30.

Is there a way I can turn this on, I would like to make the exams mobile compatible by publishing in S13, but without this I cannot.

Thanks for any response.

Hi, Chad -- Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing. Would you be able to share your file so we can take a closer look? Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left corner of the reply box in the thread, and you can browse for the file from there. Please also note that if you reply via email, your attachment will not appear here in the thread. Thanks! :)

So in studio 9 each question showed "Question x of 40". Now that text is gone. My customer needs to have the question numbers on the randomized quiz so that the student knows where they are in the progression of the exam. The question list is not an option here.

I have attached the PPT articulate file to this message.

Let me know

Hi, Chad -- I just replied via email to your Support ticket (00641304), but I wanted to share my findings here in the thread for anyone else who may come across this thread due to a similar question.

The question numbering feature you utilized in Studio '09 is unfortunately not a feature that was included in the '13 version.

Utilizing the question list in the menu if the user needs a 'gauge' of where they are in the course is what we would need to recommend as a alternative. If you would like to share your thoughts or ideas with our Product Development team to request that this feature be considered for future updates, please feel free to use this form below:

Many thanks and please let me know if there is anything else I can do to be of further assistance.
