I am having a problem with a particular question that when it comes up and is answered successfully immediately ends the quiz & presents no more of the questions. I've checked and it's not set to branch from that question...what else could I be missing??? I even deleted & recreated the offending question. HELP!
I'm familiar with a known issue with similar symptoms, but it involves branching, randomizing and locking questions to one another. Doesn't sound like that would apply to your quiz. Would you like to send us your .QUIZ file and submit a case? One of our support engineers would be happy to take a look and help you find a solution. You can do that here:
Peter I think this known issue may have been it after all....I locked the offending question as the end of the group and that seems to be doing the trick. Not sure if it's the exact scenario or not but that solution worked. Thanks!
