Questions and Answers missing from published Quiz

Every time I create a Quiz (using ArticulateStudio) the end result is that the published Quiz is missing several items or the areas are blank. For example, I created a Drag and Drop quiz using "Matching Drag and Drop Question" and the choices in the left shapes and right shapes are all appearing. I then save and close the quiz and then I save and return to Presenter. When I do this and preview the slide (after I select "update" it appears and several of both of the choices are blank. I can move them around, but the images are blank. Some have the text in them, while others do not. This occurred with other types of quizzes as well. I had to go through the process numrous times to get them to work properly. It is very tedious and time consuming. It's a hit and miss process and very annoying. Why does it work in the development process but the end result is so poorly rendered?

Good Afternoon, Bill.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you want to be sure you are working from your Local Hard Drive.  Secondly, be sure your system's DPI is set to 96.

If neither of these steps resolves the problem for you, I would recommend creating an Articulate package of your course, and then uploading the zip file via a support case so that we can take a look.  Thanks!

I think the checkbox may have been the issue. I will continue to build the course and see what happens. This way I will learn more and if I run into something again I will take you up on your suggestion to send you the file. Thanks for your help. It appears that (fingers crossed) the "XP" box has to be unchecked. I won't know for certain, but the strange symptoms seem to be gone for now.
