when I print the survey results the questions appears in the answers field and without formating. I would like to print the survey in the correct format.
I took another look and it appears that you are utilizing a Likert Survey question type and this is how it would behave. The question is considered the information you put in the first box. Could you re-word and utilize a different survey question type?
Thanks Leslie. Now I understand why happened it. I need to use Linkert Survey but it is not nice to do one linkert survey by a question. I have 10 questions! Can I have two or more questions in the same screen?
Quizmaker is designed for one question per slide, but I know that some users have utilized creative ways to make this happen. I will refer you to Jeannette's response on this thread to see if any of those solutions may assist you or get you headed in the direction you would like to go.
Otherwise, perhaps someone in the community will be able to assist you in this design set up.
