I have a quiz with 12 questions with randomise set as an option. The quiz only goes through 4-5 slides before finishing and showing the results. I have tried recreating the quiz and then republishing with the same issue?
Once you have randomized the questions, is your Include function set to all or is it set to 5? That's your first place to check. RIght up beside the "Randomize" button is where the include resides. Let us know.
It sounds like your quiz might have branching set up that goes to the end of the quiz. You'll want to go into the branching options that are set to each question to verify that they're not set to advance to the end of the quiz.
If you continue to have problems, either rebuild your quiz or submit a support case to us by using the link below:

Yes I have looked at that! That was not the issue, still not got any further going to rebuild the quiz from scratch and see what that achieves?
