when I tried to customize the Quick access toolbar within the Video Editor, I found out, that all the shortcuts I created there were lost, when I closed the Video Editor. Is this normal or should it be saved there?
Our team saw the same thing while testing, and it is something we've filed as a bug.
Since all the video editing options are visible on the ribbon without clicking any menus or tabs, the ribbon in the video editor is essentially one big quick access toolbar. Do you collapse the ribbon and that's why you were hoping to have it on the Toolbar?
No, I didn´t collapse it. I just want to use more keyboard shortcuts, because I have to handle hundreds of small videos and want to reduce mouse movements. By the way, are there other options of creating shortcuts?

Understand entirely, Bernhard, I'm all about shortcuts and quick key commands too! The built-in Quizmaker shortcuts are all outlined here.
I'll be curious to see what other tips or tricks folks in the community share!
