I remember reading here and there that Quizmaker is able of branching, but could not find how to do it! I can only link outside of the quiz.
One of my team member just wishes to supply a custom feedback for each score, and wishes to use branching for that. In the past I created the branching in PP, but in this case it will be a standalone quiz, and creating branching in Quizmaker will be awesome.

Yes, you can set up branching within Quizmaker based on correct or incorrect responses. Here's a tutorial:
