I'm having an issue with incorrect feedback displaying when my quiz is loaded in the LMS. When I published the course to my network drive all of the feedback displayed as it should but once the course was loaded onto our LMS the incorrect feedback will not display. Once I change my response to the correct answer the correct feedback pops up as expected. I've attached an image of my question settings. They are all set up the same. Please help! I need to launch this course by next week!
Looks like you have your attempts set to unlimited, which will cause this behavior. The user is essentially on this slide until they select the correct answer. The reason you're not seeing anything, is because the Try Again layer is blank.
