I work in Canvas so have been setting my course elements to launch in a new browser window. This has been working for months without a problem. Today I published my first quiz after updating Quizmaker 13 and everything works well locally. However, my uploads to Canvas open fine on slide 1 then hang after clicking the next button. I tried uploading to score.cloud to trouble shoot but it doesn't recognize the content in the zip file and the uploads fail. I am befuddled.
If SCORM Cloud isn't recognizing the zip file, that sounds like perhaps something occurred during publishing or as a part of your zipping process. Can you confirm that you're following the steps here for publishing to LMS, to a local drive, and then using the "Zip" button on the publish successful window?
If you'd like to share the .quiz file here I'm happy to test publishing it and uploading to SCORM cloud as well.
