Quiz Maker 13 and SumTotal

Our users have been experiencing issues with the scoring of QuizMaker13 launched in our LMS (SumTotal), where a correct answer is scored as “incorrect” although the settings in QuizMaker are correct. This is a random problem not impacting all tests and all users, we usually fix the issue by re-publishing the QM quiz file; regardless I would like to identify a root cause and was wondering if anyone else is having similar issues.
Is this a known issue with QM13 and SumTotal? Anyone have a permanent solution?

You may want to test the file in the SCORM Cloud to see if the same issue occurs there. From there you can try some of the information in this article.
