Quiz not displaying any text after updating Quizmaker

I have a quiz that was created over a year ago, so I downloaded the updated Presenter software to ensure I was using the latest software.  Now when I open the Quizmaker file, the screens are blank when you open the question or preview the quiz even though the text is there.

When I tried to edit the question, I received the following pop-up. 

 I am also attaching the file. Any help would be appreciated. Cheryl
