When I "preview" the course it works perfectly....when I publish it, the quiz doesn't work. The circle just keeps spinning as if it is loading...but never does. I have never had this problem before. Does anyone know a fix?!?
this is suddenly happening for me also... and its happening for 10 different courses so Im not sure removing and republishing will resolve the issue.... seems very strange. any other ideas????
I just ran into the same problem, courses I published yesterday work fine but today the quzies do not play on playback. I did follow the guidance in the link above, removed, reinserted then republished but it didn't work. Can you expand on the Flash 10.2 statement?
If you still have issues, make sure that you're using the latest update of Quizmaker '09 (Update 8) as it contains fixes for end-users that have Flash Player 10.2 installed. For more more information, see the link below:
I installed the update, deleted and reloaded the quizes and even renamed the quiz save files to make sure there are no spaces and they still do not laod on publish. Any other suggestions?

I hate to bring this up again, but what do you do when the quiz HAS been working fine with no changes to the quiz, but when you publish again it no longer works?????????? I've deleted the quiz, added it in again, made sure that there are no spaces in the name, but I'm at a total loss.
Unfortunatly it is a different course, the insane thing is that the course/quiz has worked fine and has been published a couple times as part of the reivew and now that everything has been approved it decides to stop working.
I don't have my case record anymore, email overload. Is there a way to get the case number?
