Quiz properties issue

Hoping someone has an answer to this. I have created 4 courses. Each course has a TF/MC quiz at the end of the course. When someone finishes the quiz and passes, i have it set to close the window when they click FINISH. See attached properties picture. Some people complete the quizzes and pass with no problem while others pass, click FINISH to exit the course and rather than exiting, the course loops back and starts over, not saving the quiz result. Our standard build is Windows 7 with IE9. Is there somewhere else I need to check?

That sounds a little strange. It looks like you're running the quizzes through a Presenter presentation from the screenshot. Looks like something we may want to check out. Any chance you can share the link to the published and uploaded course, or a Presenter package with us?

I *think* I might have f igured it out. On the tracking tab when I went to publish, I selected "track using quiz results" but it defaulted to a different quiz in the course rather than the comprehensive one at the end. I republished, re-tested and was able to get a course complete and a scorm test score. Still doesn't explain why some people were able to finish and get a score... at the time of my original post, 7 people had successfully completed the course and the test...The republished version was uploaded to our LMS at COB last night so I'm crossing my fingers...

I'm honestly not quite sure why some would be able complete and not others, perhaps they were only finishing the quiz that it defaulted to? Not certain. I'm glad to hear you were able to make some progress with this though. If you do run into any issues with this again, you're always welcome to send it over to us. We'd be happy to take a look.
