I recently got an upgraded computer and re-installed the articulate Studio package. Now, when I try to go into Quiz Properties, nothing opens up. I click the icon, but the window does not open.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but when my IT group rep followed the steps in the link above, he got part way through and realized the problem was getting worse, not better. He is going to take a look at it tomorrow--we may end up having to un and re install.

Can you try the steps outlined here to see if they resolve your issue:

Also, if you just installed the software and have this issue, try simply restarting your computer and see if that resolves your issue.
