Quiz question won't advance after completion

I have created a number of different knowledge checks using different quiz formats. They are not graded and I have disabled the "Results" tab from each. I have a couple of issues:
- The buttons read "next" and "previous" rather than "submit" (this is minor and I can live with it)
- Once I answer the question, it advances to a blank screen and I'm unable to either advance or return to the question. It does this regardless of what style of question I use.
I'm sure there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing, but I can't find it. Any suggestions?

Hi Lisa!
Is this quiz within a Presenter project? Would you be able to share the Articulate Package for us to have a look?
Hi Leslie,
Actually, after some more brainstorming and troubleshooting with a colleague we determined that there was some type of glitch with PowerPoint. I've opened a new version of the template and I'm in the process of importing each frame from the original presentation. Then I'm importing the actual Quizmaker files and they seem to be working pretty well. I hesitate to provide the actual file, because it's proprietary to the company.
Thanks for checking back so quickly, though!
