Quiz Reports
Feb 28, 2011
Hello,
I recently invited users to complete a quiz and all the responses came in under "anonymous," rather than the person's name. I'm fairly new to using the software but this has not happened to me before and I can't figure out why. I'm sure there must be a simple solution, but i am not sure how to fix this so I can track actual user names. The quiz had both quiz and survey questions included.

Hi Lacey,
Are you using Articulate Online or another LMS?
Articulate Online-sorry I should have been more specific. I think I might have figured it out though. I had the quiz set to Public-anyone can view, even though I only invited a certain group. Would that be the problem? If so, is there any way I can still track specific user activity for this particular quiz?
Hi Lacey,
By using the guestbooks feature in Articulate Online, you can ask for the end-user's first and last name prior to the start of the content. This information will be displayed in your reports.
For more information on guestbooks, see the link below:

I'm trying a beta LMS called LoudCloud. How will I receive reports of quiz results generated in Storyline?
Hi Kathy. Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Are you trying to view the reports through the LMS? I'm afraid we wouldn't know how that will display in that particular LMS, as it's the first time I've heard of LoudCloud.
Are you looking for the information that's sent out the LMS, by any chance?
The following information gets communicated to an LMS by Articulate Storyline via SCORM and AICC:
SCORM 2004 content also communicates the question text to an LMS.
You may also want to take a look at the following tutorials:
Publishing a Project for LMS
Viewing and tracking Storyline content in an LMS
If this isn't what you're looking for, can you give us a little more information, please?
Thanks!
