Quiz Slide Cut Off

• What version of Quizmaker did you use to create this course?
• Is the course hosted in a learning management system?
• Have you been able to recreate the problem yourself, or is it only happening to the client?

It's Quizmaker 13 we are using Alyssa.  We host it on Moodle v2.4.

I can't replicate the problem myself though.

Here is another client that has the same issue but it's a different course.

Any thoughts on this?

Hi Dave,

I couldn't tell from the images - but what browser are they using? They'll want to use one of the supported browsers here (in conjunction with what Moodle supports). 

They use Chrome....

Hi Dave - Based on those images, my first thought is the browser size setting. That could certainly cause some differences. Is his set to 'Display at user's current browser size' by chance?

It's set to "Resize browser to fill screen."

Player size is set to "Scale player to fill browser window"

Any additional thoughts?

Thanks for sharing those details Dave. This is a new one for me and you not being able to replicate makes it especially tough.

Are they experiencing this in a particular browser? Can the same users replicate if you upload/test via SCORM Cloud?

They are using Chrome. This is like the third person to have this happen
to.

I can’t replicate it either but screen shots help at least tell the bigger
story. They said that like 60% of the questions they were served were cut
off like this.

Any thoughts?
