Quizamaker 13 submit button disabled.

Jun 03, 2016

Hi, I would like to as kif anyone have experienced the same issue. I created two graded quizzes and embedded them into the Powerpoint, one after the other. In each quiz user can choose to review quiz, and there is post quiz review message appear at the bottom right corner.

After I completed the first quiz, I choose to review it. When I am done review and click the Finish button. The next quiz appear but the submit button is disabled.

I noticed a number of things:

1. this only happen after I access the Review Quiz, the button look fine if I skip Review Quiz.

2. this only happen when I have the post quiz review message on, without post quiz review the button look fine as well.

2. this only happen to the presentation_html5 version.

It is crucial for us to be able to provide feedback (post quiz review message) but we can't able to work out why the submit button will become disabled.

Any idea of what causing it would be much appreciated.

I have attached my project files below.

Thank you

Angela

Hi, Angela -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! It looks like you have attached your published output folder, but so that we are able to check out your actual project file, could you use the following steps to create an Articulate package and upload that, as well? If privacy is a concern, you are always welcome to share your file for confidential review via this form, as well.

Hi Christie,

Thanks a lot for replaying to my post. My case ID is: 00794039.
I have been exchanging emails with Rowie Barcelona for my project's issue for about a week. But we were unable to work it out. So I posted the message on the forum last week, hoping other users might have some ideas about it.

The last message I received from Rowie was that he will forward the case to Quality Assurance team for their review.

Should still send in the package file?

Thank you

Angela

Hi, Angela -- Thanks so much for your reply and for sharing you case number. I was able to take a look, and if our Support Engineers determined that the issue needs to be sent to our QA team for further investigation, then it's unlikely that there is a solution we can offer at this time, but you are welcome to still post your Articulate Package if you would like the community to take a look, as well.

Also, I wanted to note in case you weren't aware, when you reply to a forum notification via email, the details in your signature are displayed publicly in the post. If you would like to remove that information, you are welcome to do so by using the EDIT button beneath your reply here in the post itself

Hello Tiberiu and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

This thread is a bit dated. I took a look at Angela's case shared above and it looks like the issue was shared with our QA Team.

I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

That being said, user impact is important, so would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look? You can share privately here.
