When you say the quiz and interaction freeze on the page, are you seeing any error messages or images? Just a blank screen? Can you tell me which browser you're using and which version of Flash player you have installed? Thanks!
Using internet Explorer and running Flash 11.2.202.235.
I don't see an error message, only a blank screen. Usually I see the "loading" icon, but nothing pops up.
The is the first course I've used with multiple quizes (2) and an interaction. I tried to upload a test version with one quiz and no interactions and that works fine. Could it be my LMS?
Thanks for the additional info, Mahila. I'd recommend starting with the troubleshooters found here and here to see if you can identify any obvious issues. If you're still having trouble after that, let us know and we can go from there. Thanks!
Peter - those troubleshooting references worked great. It looks like I was saving to a network instead of a local drive and when I modified this I was able to view my interactions and quizzes. Thanks again for your assistance!
