Exam candidates are being asked to take a photo of their test result in Moodle V2.9 as the reports cannot be trusted. Reports spasmodically report a fail when photographic evidence suggests the candidate passed. Can anyone explain what's going on? Exams created in Quizmaker 13.
I'm not aware of any reported issues that would cause that in Moodle. I would suggest turning on the SCORM debugger in Moodle and trying to reproduce it - also would be good to discover if it is isolated to a particular web browser version. Your local Moodle Partner should also be able to help you diagnose the issue if you are able to fund the time for someone to help.

Hi Roger! Is this not something you are able to replicate? I'm not familiar with Moodle to offer advice on that front. Have you tested on SCORM Cloud?
