We have a quiz published using Quizmaker 13. When a person takes the quiz using Internet Explorer, it works fine. When they take it using Mozilla Firefox, it will not allow users to select anything other than the first choice. I am running Firefox 40.0.3 and Flash Player 21.

Here is our system requirements sheet just in case you'd like to have it handy, and may I ask if you are publishing for LMS or Web? Just curious if you are finding the same behavior when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud if you are publishing for LMS, or the same when you test your course via tempshare.articulate.com if publishing for Web.
