QuizMaker 13 attempts not recording

We recently upgraded to QuizMaker 13 from 9. Our LMS is Saba 5.5. The issue occurs with Chrome Version 33.0.1750.117, Safari, Firefox and IE 9. 

If the first attempt is a fail, which for us is below 85%, the score and detail information is recorded.

Then, on a subsequent passing attempt, the score and question detail writes over the first attempt leaving no attempt data for the first attempt.

We need to document all attempts and score as well as question detail for each attempt.

Hi Brett!

Not sure how you have your tracking set up.

It may be worth testing this in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you cannot replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you would want to take to your LMS team.
