I have created a Quiz in Quizmaker using multiple choice where I created correct and incorrect custom feedback slides using blank slides. The quiz branched to the appropriate slide based on learners answers. However when I run the quiz say if an answer was incorrect, quiz maker also very briefly flashes the correct slide before finally opening the incorrect slide. This causes the quiz to be jumpy and distorted for the learner. Would really appreciate any advice on how to get this to run smoothly.

viewed it using Preview on Articulate and have also pubished it to our

I apologize, I do not see a copy of your .quiz file here. Did you utilize the Add Attachment feature here in the forums or did you send to our support team?
If you replied via e-mail and added an attachment, that would be why I do not see it. The attachments from e-mail do not actually attach to the forum threads.

I have attached the file on the Articulate Support form as requested. Hope
you receive it!
I have also noticed that when using 'Retry Quiz' any custom changes made to
the Player Menu items are lost and the menu reverts to the default state.

I apologize Yvonne. Are you stating that this issue is a part of the same file that you sent via support case?
I just took a peek and I'm not seeing any changes in the player upon re-try.
