Quizmaker '13 Resume Function

It seems no matter what combination of things I try, both from tutorials and forum entries (if you can FIND entries), I cannot allow a learner to retake a Quizmaker quiz once that have completed it. (QM '13, Win 7, PPT 2013)
- Prompt on Resume doesn't work

- Always Resume doesn't work

I have removed all blank slides from the quiz. There is nothing in the QM file except one drag and drop question.

Does this function work for anyone? How did you get it to work?
