At the end of a quiz, users are shown their Results page. Users can then select the "Review Quiz" button to revisit questions, their answers, and if they got it "Correct" or "Incorrect."
Is there a way to change the color of the Correct / Incorrect banner from the default olive green to another color of my choosing?

Although there isn't a way to change the correct/incorrect banner color, there is a way to cover it up. Turn on the review layer in Form View by entering some text in the post quiz review field.
On the Post Quiz Review layer, cover the bottom area of the slide with a shape that matches your slide background. You can then add a custom review message there, if you'd like!
