When I select the option, 'Allow user to retry quiz' and select the number of retries, the Retry button does not deactivate. It allows the user to keep retrying the quiz until they pass.
I'm having some trouble recreating any issues with the Allow user to retry quizfeature in a sample Quizmaker 360, Update 24, file during preview. Here's a short video of my test!
To help us explore our next steps: Could you let me know if you see this problem during preview, in the published output, or both?
I have a quiz with 15 questions. If the user doesn't pass, I want them to be able to have 2 more chances. I set the retry button under "edit result" to "allow retry" and the Retry button appears. But when I go through the quiz, I just get the "review" button and no "retry" button.
I'm attaching the file so you can see it. Thanks for any help you can provide,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your file! It looks like you have the correct settings for the Success layer, but you'll need to also set this for the Failure layer in your Results slide. I hope this helps!
