I've published a Quizmaker 360 survey and uploaded it to our LMS. It includes a score column which I don't want or need since this is a survey (see attached). I've checked the Quizmaker settings until (you know) and can't find the source of the problem. Can anyone help with this?
I'd love to help narrow this down - but it looks like your attachment didn't come through - whoops! Can you revisit this page and upload it again?
Also, if you're seeing this column only within the LMS you may want to reach out to your LMS team there to see if they had any ideas on how to remove that.
Hi there, Paul. Oopsie, looks like Ashley beat me to it! 😊
While it sounds like this issue is related to your LMS' output, let's double-check the option you selected in the Result Slide Options panel (if you don't mind!). Click on the Insert tab > Replace Result > Edit
Yes. It is set at Survey. The Vendor tells me that this behavior is expected and that I can fix this by creating the survey in Storyline. What do you think?
Before importing your Quizmaker file into Storyline, I have one other question for you. What was your reporting setting when you went to publish? For a survey, you can use Complete/Incomplete which shouldn't bother sending score (or success) data to your LMS.
I still have the problem. My settings seem to be in line with what they should be. Don't know if anyone looked at the file I uploaded to confirm. My vendor says "that's life in the LMS lane". My boss says "its not ideal". Translation of my boss's comment is "Do Something will ya".
I'm open to any other thoughts about reporting "Completion" without the grading stuff. Thanks.
I see the 0% sent in many variations of publishing, so I'm reaching out to my team to see if that's expected or an issue that needs to be reported.
I saw you mention above that the solution may be within Storyline and I tested this theory by importing your quiz into Storyline but received the same results:
I did some further testing and realized that this is not the behavior when testing a similar setup in Storyline 2. I'm going to report this as a bug to our team to take a deeper look because of that inconsistency.
I'll attach this conversation to the report so that we can keep you updated as well.

The Result Type should show Survey – check out this quick Peek for a visual walkthrough! Is that the option you see there?
Looking forward to hearing back!

Hi there Paul!
I'd love to do some further testing in SCORM Cloud and compare that to what you're seeing in your LMS.
Would you mind attaching your .quiz file to a new reply here, or sending it privately? Thanks!
Sure. Thanks for you help with this!

By the way, Paul, we must really like you to keep doubling up like this. Sorry! 😆
Well, you guys are awesome! My setting was Complete/Incomplete.
Paul
Thanks, Paul. It sounds like things are up and running for you again? If not, just let us know and one, or all of us will pop in to help!

Hi Paul,
Thanks for sharing your .quiz file so that we could take a look at the behavior in SCORM Cloud.
Is this the behavior you are seeing as well?
Leslie,
Yes, specifically I get the score of 0%. I don't want a score to be reported since this is a survey. Only politicians are scored for their comments.
Paul
Thanks, Paul.
