I am setting up a quiz with 30 questions, 20 of which will be asked for the quiz.
When I pass the quiz and click the Review Quiz button, I only see 10 of the 20 questions which were asked (and answered correctly) during the quiz. Why do I not see all 20 - or more importantly - how do I set it up so that I do get to review ALL of the questions which were asked/answered?
