Quizmaker blank page problem

Dear all,

I am frustrated with the quizmaker blank page. I designed a quiz with 20 questions and I added a blank page at the begining as a introduction page.

When I preview the quiz, I realised that the final result page will only be shown after I play the blank page twince, in another words, I will not be able to see the result page after I answered 20 questions and view the introduction page again.

I tried all sorts of settings, I did not include the blank page as a question although I use the random block function.

Could somebody help me please!!!

Hi Christine,

I'm not exactly sure what is going on with your quiz.  However, it sounds like you need to lock your blank slide to the top of your randomized group.  For more information on how to do this, see the link below:

Hi Brian,

Thank you for such quick reply. I cant access to articulate products at home, but I will check it out when I am back to work next week.

I viewed the tutorial earlier, unfortunately I dont think it will sort my problem. I created two groups,group one contains only the blank slide, and group two has all 20 questions. Do I still need to lock the blank slide?

Also, when I looked at the tutorials and samples about the blank slide, I noticed that I have the score 0 out 100 on the blank slide along with the next button, I dont understand why.  (I did not click the including the slide as a question checkbox)

I will try to upload some screenshots next week if the problem is still there.
