When I open Quizmaker in windows 8, it won't allow me to edit any text. Even an existing quizmaker file will lose all of it's text and I can't make any changes either.
Any thoughts? I'm pretty sure it's doing something funny because I'm using windows 8.
I'd start by running a repair installation of your Studio software. Here's how.
You'll also want to be sure you're following some basic rules to prevent strange behavior:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.
Let us know if you're still having trouble after that.
Thank you for your help. I'm going to try to repair it. My problem is I cannot even create a new quiz because it won't even let me edit the text field.

Sounds good, Jay.
