QuizMaker check boxes

I'm using Quizmaker 13. I'm having an issue that I haven't seen in the previous quizzes that I've created. When a user chooses an answer and it is incorrect, they are allowed to choose a new answer. However, the old answers check mark does not disappear when the new answer is chosen. The user has to uncheck the old answer. Quizmaker is allowing for multiple answers to be chosen, and I don't want that. I've checked the quiz I created and only one answer is checked. I've compared all the settings I can think of to a previous quiz that is working correctly. Can anyone please help me?

Hi, Lori -- We appreciate that you have reached out with your question and sorry to hear of your difficulties! I can't say that I have heard of that behavior before either! Could you please take a look at this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Studio '13 and run through the repair steps listed to see if you find improvement?
Hi, Lori -- And is it also possible that you are using a question type that allows more than one response, even if only one is correct? You are welcome to share your .quiz file if you would like us to take a closer look at your current set up. :)

Thank you so much for your help. You solved my problem! First of all I was working over the network. I believe that by doing so it somehow converted my multiple choice questions to multiple response questions which is why I was seeing multiple check marks. (I am 99.9% positive that I chose multiple choice questions). I've been working on my local drive all day today and everything is working perfect! I've learned something new!!
