Quizmaker Crashes at Splash Screen

Could you please do the following to see if it resolves your issue(s)? 

1. Install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1:

2. Run Windows Update: 

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ 

3. Restart your computer 

4. Use the following method to repair your installation of Studio '09: 

1. Go to Start -> Control Panel. 

2. Select Programs (Vista) or Add or Remove Programs. 

3. Select the Studio ‘09 program and select Change or Remove. 

4. Select Reinstall. 

5. When the installation completes restart your computer. 

6. Open the software that you were having problems with 

7. Attempt to replicate the issue.

I did this yesterday and it still crashes. I also sent in a case to articulate. How long before i get a response?

What i don't understand is how Presenter and Video encoder work fine but Engage and Quizmaker crash?

Engage and Quizmaker typically crash if there's an issue with your .NET Framework.  What version of Windows are you using?  XP, Vista, or 7?

I am using XP. I just updated microsoft yesterday and one of the updates was for .NET Framework 3.5.

You mentioned that you submitted a support case in a previous message.  Can you tell me what the case number is?  You should have received a confirmation email after submitting the support case to us.

I am having the same issue. I tried updating my .net framework and engage still crashes.

I have never had a problem with the app.

Any suggestions?
