Quizmaker dreaded Loading Wheel

Hi,

I've published and checked the web version of my courses and it all plays perfect, including quizzes.

When I publish to LMS and upload to LMS (Taleo) and test the course, everything runs fine until the quiz.

Trying to launch the quiz I get the dreaded loading wheel. Everyone testing it is seeing the same issue.

I have checked and upgraded Adobe Flashplayer on my work laptop.

I have run the 'Check for Updates' from my Quizmaker > Help menu. There are no updates.

I'm stuck. Please let me know what needs to be done.

Hey XAn,

Have you tested the course outside of the LMS to see if it's an issue with the LMS loading the quiz? You may have already done so, but if not, please try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side.

If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, please try the suggestions in the article below:

If the problem continues we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on.

If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.

Hi XAn,

To your package? Do you mean the software version? 

You can find the version for Quizmaker by clicking on "Help" and "About Articulate Quizmaker". You can also check for updates under the "Help" menu. 

If you're using Presenter, you can do the same thing. Just click on the "Articulate" tab to open the Presenter ribbon and click on "Help and Support".
