Quizmaker file won't upload to Review

I am totally new to the Articulate family, so please be patient.  I searched the discussions and found nothing about this issue.  I am trying to upload a Quizmaker file to Review to get feedback from my boss, and I get an error message each time saying merely that something went wrong. I am attaching the .quiz file if that helps.

Glad you're here, and smart move to also send your .quiz file over to our Support team for review. Lo and behold, Peter, found the culprit!

It looks like one of the survey question types was causing the issue, but adding sample choices within the quiz slide should help for a successful publish.
