QuizMaker Hotspot Image is blurry

I am inserting a Hotspot image that is clear, .png, and sized 686 x 424. When I bring it into the question slide it reduces it and makes it blurry.
I have tried several things but still can't get it to work?
- Tried saving the .png as a .jpg and inserting
- Tried adding a second time and it just gets smaller
- Tried adding as a larger size, hoping it would then insert smaller and be the size I need
I needed to add approx 15 hotspot question slides. About half of them work, half don't.

Hi Jennifer,
I can see you're using '09 and it sounds like it should be working properly. I'm not sure what's causing it to shrink, unless it's an issue with the dimensions.
Are you able to attach the image file itself, using the paperclip icon, so I can try it on my end?
