Quizmaker inserted as SWF in Presenter

Apr 07, 2011

I have seen a lot of examples lately of Quizmaker inserted really smoothly into Presenter for short "Knowledge Checks" or feedback opportunities. I'm designing a series of courses and would love to use that technique. I know I saw a tutorial on that topic at some point but I haven't been able to find it again. Does that sound familiar as one of your tutorials? Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks so much!

Hi Natalia - perhaps the technique you saw was the transparent quiz player trick? That is a nice way to make your quiz feel like it matches your course a little more seamlessly: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/making-your-quiz-look-seamless-with-your-presenter-project.aspx

Another good trick for quick knowledge-check types of activities is to use customized blank slides for the feedback. You can use the Slide View of your question editor to make the slides look however you want. Maybe that would fit what you're looking for? Here's a tutorial about that: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/creating-customized-feedback-with-blank-slides-and-branching.aspx

Hope that helps, but if not, feel free to say so :) and we'll try to get you pointed in the right direction.
