Quizmaker license: Issues in previewing and publishing quizzes

I installed the Studio '09 license yesterday and am facing issues while:

a) Viewing a question in Slide View versus Form View

b) Publishing quizzes (especially in Word format) - have attached the for reference.

Would appreciate your assistance on this one.

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please perform a repair installation of Articulate Studio '09 to see if it resolves your issue? Here's how: 


***Note*** If you are prompted to locate a file during the reinstall process, you will need to perform a reinstall by following the steps below: 

1. Download Studio '09 here: 

2. Save the file to your desktop. 
3. Double click the installer and select Reinstall. 
4. Restart your computer.
