quizmaker not reporting results to LMS correctly

Please help me! I am having so many problems with quizmaker and our LMS, Absorb. First we had a problem with Yes/No answers instead of True/False and were able to rectify by not using Yes/No, NOW I am having problems with Word Bank and Multiple Choice questions. For example, the word bank question in QuizMaker can only have one correct answer however, in the log file it shows two answers as the correct answers and when my learner choose one of those, it was marked as incorrect by the LMS because they did not choose 2 although there isn't a method for them to choose two! I was able to track the error to QuizMaker but I don't know WHY or how I can fix it? I have overĀ  300 quizzes!

Any advice would be appreciated.
