The navigation buttons in the Quizmaker player are there by default. Is there a reason why you'd like to remove the previous button? If you can give me a little more information, I may be able to suggest an alternative. ☺️
To make sure I understand, are you looking to remove the navigation buttons from the quiz slides or the result slide?
If the quiz slides: The navigation buttons are included by default if you have the quiz set up to 'Submit all at once.' However, you can change that option to 'Submit one question at a time' to remove those buttons–with just the Submit one showing. If the result slide: Currently, there isn't an option to remove those buttons, but I'll be sure to share this idea with the right team. This handy article outlines the elements that can be edited!

Hello! I have the same question! My company does not want to previous or next button in the quizzes. They only want the SUBMIT button.
